Collaborating with florists to design botanical compositions that enhance narrative and spatial experience. From large-scale installations to refined tablescapes, I work closely with floral teams to achieve sculptural, seasonal and concept-led outcomes.

Lighting & Sound Consultancy:

Advising on technical and atmospheric lighting design, soundscapes and AV integration. Balancing mood, clarity and performance to elevate both guest experience and production quality.

Entertainment strategy & talent sourcing:

Curating entertainment that aligns with brand positioning and audience profile. From headline performers to immersive acts and DJs, I manage sourcing, negotiation and integration into the event narrative.

FFE sourcing & procurement:

Sourcing furniture, fixtures and equipment that align with the creative direction and practical requirements. Managing supplier relationships, budgeting and logistics to deliver cohesive and high-quality environments.

Tablescape design:

Designing layered and intentional dining environments, including linens, tableware, glassware, menus and florals to create refined, immersive guest experiences.

Event styling:

Elevating spaces through considered detailing and aesthetic layering. From entrance moments to final guest touchpoints, I ensure every visual element contributes to a cohesive and memorable experience.

Budget Development & Financial Control:

Building detailed, realistic budgets aligned with creative ambition and commercial objectives. Monitoring spend across all phases, managing contingencies, negotiating supplier costs and ensuring financial transparency from proposal through reconciliation.

Critical Path Development & Programme Tracking:

Creating and managing detailed project timelines and production schedules. Identifying dependencies and mitigating risks to maintain progress and protect key project phases.

Site Leadership & Live Event Oversight:

Acting as the central point of command on-site. Coordinating production teams, suppliers and crew while making real-time decisions to maintain quality, safety and schedule integrity throughout live delivery.

HSSE Planning & Compliance Management:

Developing and implementing Health, Safety, Security and Environmental frameworks in line with regulations and best practice. Conducting risk assessments, method statements and compliance checks to ensure safe and responsible event delivery.

Venue Sourcing & Contracting:

Identifying and securing venues aligned with creative, operational and budgetary requirements. Negotiating contracts, managing terms and ensuring all technical and logistical specifications are met.

Vendor Procurement & Partnership Management:

Sourcing, briefing and managing specialist suppliers across production, creative, catering, talent and operational disciplines. Building long-term partnerships while ensuring performance standards, cost control and quality delivery.

Curation of Food & Beverage Experiences:

Designing elevated, concept-led culinary journeys aligned with brand narrative and audience profile. From menu architecture and beverage pairing to service style and presentation, I curate cohesive F&B experiences that enhance atmosphere, storytelling and guest engagement.

Restaurant Activations & Hospitality Concepts:

CCG and OS&E Sourcing & Procurement:
