Corporate Dinner
London
2019
In 2019, myself and my colleagues were commissioned by an international client to produce a bespoke dinner for 180 distinguished guests. The end client, Saudi Aramco, sought an experience without precedent—an evening that would redefine expectation and set a new benchmark for immersive hospitality.
In collaboration with our trusted design partners, the historic setting of the British Museum was transformed through large-scale projection mapping, enveloping the architecture in cinematic imagery and curated films. The result was a fully immersive environment that transported guests into a layered, atmospheric landscape while honouring the grandeur of the venue.
The culinary programme required months of strategic planning and operational precision to deliver a complete dining service within a tightly structured 90-minute window. A brigade of 150 hospitality professionals—including waiters, hosts, sommeliers, and bartenders—underwent an intensive week-long training programme focused on synchronised service choreography, timing, and guest protocol.
The outcome was a seamlessly executed evening where immersive design, disciplined operations, and refined hospitality converged at scale.
